Greetings. Just blocks from the Lakeside resort on Lake Erie, near to ferry for Kelleys Island. Furnished room w/ full-sized bed and walk-in closet in charming centennial home. Rent includes all utilities, separate phone line (if needed) and laundry privileges. Share living and dining rooms, kitchen, bathroom and large front sun porch. Also use of lawn furniture, gas grill; outside smoking only. Long- or short-term lease available, one-half month's deposit.
