1976 OMC 800 Stringer Electric Shift V8 Outdrive with a Good Propeller Complete Upper and Lower, Fresh Water Unit. Tested the Electric Shift and it works, clicks in for Forwards and Reverse. I drained both upper and lower gear cases, and both were at there proper levels before draining. Both had the OMC electric shift lube and looked good and no water in either case. Someone years ago painted the outdrive black over the white and it was not prepped well, and came off, but all the case parts are good, if prepped right will hold the paint. Very little surface corrosion in some areas, but not deep. The skeg has the bottom missing, but can be fixed with a skeg protector, after repainting the unit white again? This unit came off a 1976 Striker 24 foot boat with a Ford 190 hp V8 with 2bl carburetor complete with mid. drive unit and engine, if interest in those items and many more, including 400 OMC Drives and Mid Drives, just call me and see what I have available.
