As a Tasting Room Attendant, you’ll be the face of SHIPHOUSE SPIRITS, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable visit. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and engaging with guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Guiding guests through our selection of craft spirits and providing tasting recommendations.
• Sharing knowledge about our products, production process, and company story.
• Maintaining a clean and inviting tasting room environment.
• Assisting with retail sales, including ringing up purchases and restocking shelves.
• Supporting other team members to create a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
