I have a nice John Deere 709 Rotary Chopper that had been cleaned, reprimed and then Repainted with John Deere Green. Only used the last 15 years for chopping sweetcorn stalks on about 1/4 acre patch. 2 Years ago I noticed it's clutch slipping a bit and bought all new clutch facings and spacers from John Deere to the tune of about $300.00. Works now like new and looks great. I based price on the junky stuff on line and what they are asking for that junk. $2800.00 cash
