These are brand new and ready to go right out of the box. They are 100% plug and play and very easy to use. All of the work has been done for you, the games are already on the console. Internet access is not required to play. Just connect it to your TV, plug it in and you're done! I do include two controllers, either wired or wireless. You can save your games and use cheat codes.
A lot of time went into putting the library together the right way. This is not one of those massive file dumps cluttered with duplicates and 400 versions of Pong. All of that nonsense has been deleted. All of the games have been tested.
